Payment Methods:
We accept cash, ATH, credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), ATH Móvil, and Apple Pay.
*Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Exchanges and Returns:
Returns are accepted within the first 7 days with a receipt. The item must be in excellent condition and unused.
NO cash refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit, which must be used within 30 days.
Discounted items, sale items, items with a percentage off, accessories, or intimate apparel are final sale and have NO exchanges.

All pre-loved bags are final sale. Due to their unique and previously owned nature, we do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items.

Special Orders (Layaway):
A non‑refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full when the item is picked up.
Special orders are FINAL SALE with NO exchanges or returns.

Shipping:
We ship to all of Puerto Rico and the U.S.
The cost may vary depending on the destination and package weight.
We are NOT responsible for postal service delays.

Cambios y devoluciones:

  • Se aceptan devoluciones dentro de los primeros 7 días con recibo. La prenda debe estar en excelentes condiciones y sin uso.
  • NO se realizan devoluciones de dinero. Las devoluciones aprobadas recibirá crédito en la tienda, el cual debe utilizarse dentro de 30 días.
  • Artículos en descuento, oferta, con porcentaje de rebaja, accesorios o prendas intimas son venta final y NO tienen cambio.
  • Todas las carteras pre-loved son venta final. Debido a su naturaleza de uso previo, NO ofrecemos devoluciones, reembolso ni cambios en estos articulos.

Pedidos especiales (Layaway):

  • Requiere un déposito del 50% no reembolsable. El balance restante debe pagarse en su totalidad al momento de recoger el artículo.
  • Los pedidos especiales son venta FINAL y NO tienen cambios ni devoluciones.
